1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

25PSKYN currently ships across all states in Nigeria.

Estimated delivery times:

Within Lagos: 2 to 4 business days. Shipments are processed every Wednesday and Friday.
Outside Lagos: 5 to 7 business days. Shipments are processed every Wednesday and Friday.
Local Pickup: Local pickups are processed on Tuesdays and Saturdays between 11am and 4pm at 6 Cottage Drive, Off Abeke Animashaun Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

25PSKYN ships to selected international destinations with estimated delivery of 5 to 7 business days, depending on destination.

Customers bear responsibility for any custom duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Upon shipment, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor progress.

Delays may result from courier issues, weather, customs clearance, or high volumes. The company is not responsible for third party provider delays.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, 25PSKYN cannot guarantee redelivery if incorrect addresses cause issues.
