Virtual Consultation Policy & Booking Terms

Before proceeding to make payment, kindly read through the following important information regarding your virtual consultation at 25 Pskyn:
 
1.Nature of Service:
This is a virtual consultation that includes a professional skin analysis conducted online by one of our trained aestheticians.
During the consultation, your aesthetician will assess your skin concerns based on submitted photos and completed forms. You’ll receive personalized advice on your skin condition, product recommendations, and a proposed treatment plan where necessary.
2.Photo Requirement:
You are required to send clear, unfiltered pictures of your skin before your consultation. This allows for a proper analysis. All consultation forms must be accurately and completely filled ahead of your appointment.
3.Consultation Outcome:
After the consultation, your aesthetician will recommend appropriate products and/or a treatment plan, which may involve in-studio sessions depending on your skin goals.
4.Payment Deduction on Treatment Commitment:
If you choose to proceed with the recommended treatment plan, the consultation fee will be deducted from your total treatment plan cost.
5.If You Choose Not to Proceed:
If you decide not to commit to a treatment plan, you will still be entitled to two virtual follow-up reviews as part of your consultation package.
After these two follow-ups, the package is considered complete. If you wish to continue with additional virtual reviews, you will be required to renew the package by subscribing again. 
6.Non-Refundable Payment:
Please note that the consultation fee becomes non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted, regardless of whether or not you choose to proceed with the recommended treatment plan.
This fee covers the time, expertise, and professional recommendations provided during the consultation, as well as your entitlement to two follow-up virtual reviews (if applicable).
